4. Spin

Looking for a high energy and exciting workout? Give a spin class a shot! Get on that stationary bike and pedal your heart out! Sweat and burnt calories quickly follow.

Spin is great for both your mental and physical being. It helps increase your mental limit on how far you can really push yourself, and you can do this while getting distracted by loud, killer music (if your into Flo Rida and Kelly Clarkson Remixes)! Obviously this is a great workout for your legs, but you also get quite the burn through your whole body as classes incorporate a bunch of different routines such as lifts and pushups.
